Catherine Hakala-Ausperk, director of NEO-RLS will discuss the roles and responsibilities of the board and Deborah O’Connor director of the Geauga County Public Library will share the ins and outs of library funding and finances. The day will end with a review of how to work with your director from evaluation to growth.
