This is the 17th year for Back to the Book. This year we will focus on mysteries. Amanda Flower, author and librarian will be our keynote. Followed by Amanda Flower and Carie Dubiel, Twinsburg Public Library presenting, Readers Advisory Mystery Solved: How Sisters in Crime Can Help . We will end the day with a conversation with best selling author, Les Roberts.
According to Library Journal, mysteries are the most circulated genre of fiction in public libraries. Chances are, your patrons are clamoring for them. Sisters in Crime, a national organization of mystery writers, can help you. Cari Dubiel is the Library Liaison to SinC, and she will talk about how to get those mysteries flying off the shelves. Author and librarian Amanda Flower will also join us to talk about how Sisters in Crime has helped her succeed. Participants will:
Amanda Flower is the USA Today bestselling author of several different mystery series, including the Agatha-nominated Andi Boggs series for middle grade readers. Her latest release, Crime and Poetry, is out in April. She is also an Emerging Technologies Librarian at the Hudson Library and Historical Society. Location
