Improving cash flow within the working capital cycle includes a payables component.  The NWAFP is happy to present a panel discussion focusing on a key tool within payables, the credit card program.

We’ll cover how purchasing, travel, and ghost cards can be used and optimized to maximize card spending and improve efficiency.  During the discussion we’ll cover how a thoughtfully designed program can replace manual processes, create efficiencies and reduce costs.  In additional we’ll speak about the types programs that exist and their best uses, plus how to build card holder accountability through reporting and reconciliation.  We’ll also touch on how a card payables program can be rolled out without damaging vendor relationships.

Please join the NWAFP and learn more about card programs and how to maximize their utility.
