The Directors' Retreat, is an IHSA signature event created for Head Start/Early Head Start leaders in the state. It provides a chance for directors to come together, connect, and engage with their fellow leaders. The main aim of the retreat is to support the professional growth of Head Start leaders, promote networking opportunities, and encourage collaboration among them. At the event, directors can share their best practices, learn from others in the field, and gain new knowledge. It's an experience for anyone interested in connecting, collaborating, and improving the HS/EHS community.
