Details:
Work involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment and precision instruments at the treatment plant
wellfields, lift stations, pump stations and elevated tanks, including micro-computers and mainframe computers and
electronic control systems and peripheral equipment. Work also involves performing electrical component and equipment
repair and maintenance. Work may also involve training a Technician I or maintenance electrician in the techniques of
electronic repair and maintenance, and serving as group leader on instrument maintenance jobs. Work is performed with
technical independence and judgment under the direct supervision of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Assistant Superintendent.


Qualifications:
Graduation from high school, vocational school, or GED supplemented by successful completion of an electrical
apprenticeship program, or equivalent on-the-job training, and supplemented by coursework or training in an electronic
equipment repair and maintenance; considerable experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment,
including experience in the repair and maintenance of electronic equipment; or any equivalent combination of training and
experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed.

Possession of a valid State of Ohio driver's license.
