NEW OPERATING SHIFT TIME OF 7A TO 7P, AND 7P TO 7A (OR CLOSE VARIATION) THEREOF CONSIDERED

Avon Lake Regional Water is seeking a highly motivated Professional Operator for the position of full-time Plant Operator at the Water Filtration Plant. This position will primarily be a relief operator to cover open shifts in the schedule, as necessary. Under direct supervision of the Water Filtration Plant Manager and/or the Senior Operator, when not covering shifts, he/she will perform various tasks related to the treatment process. This may include minor maintenance to chemical feed equipment, online analysis equipment, acceptance of chemical deliveries, filter washes, laboratory or production data entry and other tasks. Note: Relief Operator standard shift is 0700-1530 Monday through Friday -and- Operator standard shift is non-rotating 12-hour shift.
Some of the exciting stipends and benefits that a Water Filtration Plant Operator enjoy are:

• $2,500 per year ETL Stipend
• OEPA Class III License = $1,850 per year
• OEPA Class II License = $1,100 per year
• Bachelor Degree Stipend = $500 per year
• Associate Degree Stipend = $450 per year
• Shift Deviation Premium = $1,200 per year
• Employer paid continuing education
• 12 Hour shifts (while operating)
• Longevity stipend after 5-years of continuous employment
