NAVPLG Education Program - Purpose-Driven Volunteer Impact
For years, volunteer engagement leaders have dutifully delivered "KPIs" such as the number of volunteers and number of hours served. As our practice evolves, many are asking, "How can we expand our metrics to be more relevant, meaningful, and inclusive?" "How can we tell the whole story?" For our March 16th education session, we welcome consultant Dr. Sue Carter-Kahl, who will tailor her remarks to the realities of working in a government setting.
