Former insurance executive Kevin Clinton to replace Andy Dillon as state treasurer

Kevin Clinton, a former insurance company executive who heads the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services, will become state treasurer effective Nov. 1, Gov. Rick Snyder announced Tuesday.
