Here is CPAN’s summary analysis of the most current D- Insurance proposal being offered by Detroit Mayor Duggan. Members of the CPAN Executive Committee recently met with Mayor Duggan and Butch Hollowell (Detroit’s Corporation Counsel) to discuss CPAN’s concerns with the proposal.
