Yesterday, May 1, members of the House Insurance Committee introduced HB 5587, HB 5588 and HB 5589, Auto N-Fault bills that prohibit PIP benefits for those injured during commission of a felony, persons injuring in a vehicle taken unlawfully that had knowledge that the vehicle was taken unlawfully, or if intoxicated, etc.
