Your help is needed. Please urge our legislators to refrain from hasty changes to auto no-fault during the volatile Lame Duck session.
Please take a few minutes to write your Michigan legislators and urge them to refrain from making changes to Michigan's Auto No-Fault Law during the Lame Duck session. The MCCA data is still not accessible. In addition, there are many healthcare changes pending and the affect of these changes on the auto no-fault system are unclear at this time.
