Through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and innovation, the Development Committee will play a pivotal role in enhancing AL!VE’s financial health and expanding its impact in the volunteer engagement field.

Details:
Key Elements/ Primary Work:
• Design/implement/evaluate Fund Development Plan of action & future funding needs
• Research viable funding sources
• Develop clear & meaningful grant needs
• Secure grant writers to meet the needs of AL!VE
• Compile list of board/corporate donors for future funding opportunities
• In partnership with the Marketing Committee, develop fund development materials relevant to the needs of AL!VE
Preferred Interests and Skills:
• Fund Development experience required:
• Annual Giving Campaign
• Corporate Donor Cultivation/Solicitation
• Individual Donor Cultivation/Solicitation
• Membership Development/List Cultivation
• Grant Writing or management experience preferred
• Non Profit Financial Management
Time Commitment:
8-10 hours a month, as needed, including monthly meetings, phone conferences and other work as needed.
