ARNOVA Announces Nancy MacDuff Scholarship Applications Now Available Nancy MacDuff Scholarship Application is Open The Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA) is a diverse community of scholars, educators, and practice leaders that strengthens the field of nonprofit and philanthropic research in order to improve civil society and human life. www.arnova.org The purpose of the Pracademics Section is to build more effective academic-practitioner relationships in order to foster and disseminate high-quality research and strengthen nonprofit management education, community service, voluntary action, and philanthropic studies. The leadership team wanted to support individuals who are Pracademics members and/or new to ARNOVA by offering the Nancy MacDuff Scholarship. This application is not restricted to just Pracademics members, but open to everyone. We encourage anyone interested to apply. You can be a practitioner or academic, or both to apply for this scholarship, but preference is given first to Pracademics members. If selected, your 2020 ARNOVA conference (virtual this year) registration and a 1-year membership to the Pracademics section will be paid. You must be an ARNOVA member in order to have the Pracademics membership fee paid. The application deadline is September 13. You will be notified by mid-October. If you have already paid your registration fees, reimbursement is an option. Additionally, under the new virtual conference, the Pracademics Section scholarship award will be purchased under the BuyOneGiveOne option. Thereby helping others attend the conference.
