This special event will include a facility tour, committee meeting, and lunch — offering a valuable opportunity to engage with peers from across the industry.\n\nIn alignment with the committee’s mission to bring together wastewater lagoon professionals, regulators, engineers, and manufacturer representatives to share ideas and solve problems related to lagoons, this meeting will focus on discussing current challenges, highlighting innovative solutions, and providing updates on lagoon-related initiatives throughout the state.\nWhen: Friday, August 15th, 2025, 10am-2pm\n\nWhere: Muskegon Country Resource Recovery Center\n\nTiming: \n10am-10:45am - Presentation about the Facility\n10:45am - 11:00am - See and Spray Herbicide Applicator Tractor\n11:00am - 11:45am - Lunch\n12:00pm - 1:30pm - Site tour, including ROV demo\n1:30pm - 2:00pm - Networking, extra tour time\n\nWhat: We will hear about the history and unique treatment process of the facility and get a demonstration of their remote controlled DO sampler.
