She has served in leadership roles for more than two decades within Oregon’s local and state government, bringing deep expertise in team development, trauma-informed practice, and systems navigation. \nAndrea is the founder of Muzikant Coaching, LLC, where she provides leadership coaching and consultation to organizations that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her work focuses on helping individuals and teams build trust, navigate conflict, and collaborate more effectively. \nIn addition to coaching, Andrea designs and facilitates team-building retreats and training programs for new supervisors and managers, blending emotional intelligence, practical skill-building, and relational insight. She is an accredited practitioner of The Boss Whisperer® method, supporting abrasive leaders in transforming negative perceptions and becoming more reflective, effective managers.  \nOriginally from Oregon, Andrea brings curiosity and care to every space she enters. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, travel, and curating wellness-focused experiences that connect people to place and purpose. \n\n\nThis is a virtual training.
