This training will focus on the role and responsibilities of Program Specialists in Residential Habilitation, Lifesharing, and Supported Living Program settings to implement the Residential ISP Staffing approach. The Residential ISP Staffing approach is about enhancing individuals’ quality of life, health, and safety by developing clear, descriptive ISP information that includes the technology, environmental adaptations, staff supports, and risk mitigation strategies during specific activities, situations, and times of day.
