Join the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for an upcoming webinar exploring how Northern Valley Indian Health (NVIH) leverages the role of community health representatives (CHRs) in Indigenous communities to raise awareness of dementia and conduct cognitive assessments. CMS will provide insight into current program activities and future initiatives aimed at education, outreach, and empowerment in the ongoing fight against dementia. Participants will also learn how the Community Health & Outreach teams support the mobile medical clinic, extending essential services to remote areas.
