MWEA's 99th Annual Conference has many opportunities to help you advertise and grow your business!

2024 Sponsorship Opportunities range from $200- $4,000 and include conference signage in prime locations near registration and general session/meal rooms, info slides on the conference slideshow, name and/or logo listed on the MWEA website and conference page, and more!

Exhibit Night takes place on Monday, June 10th, from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
View the exhibit floor plan here. The theme this year is “Holidays In The Hall”. Exhibitors (and attendees) are encouraged to dress-up and decorate their booths with this theme!  Halloween, Christmas, and Earth Day of course, BUT consider others like “World Toilet Day” or “National Cheeseburger Day”. Be creative and have fun. Best Booth Winner receives a FREE booth at MWEA’s 100th Annual Conference in 2025!

View the Exhibitor and Sponsor Contract and Information Packet here.

Exhibitor and Sponsor registration will close on Friday, May 31st. (Exhibit booths are expected to sell out, so registration may close prior to that date once we are full).  Note: if you are registered as an exhibitor or sponsor but want to attend technical sessions or conference meals, including Sunday's Welcome Reception, you MUST register as a conference attendee.  That registration page can be found here: Attendee Registration

Payment Note: Booths will not be placed & sponsors will not be advertised without payment.
