Event Description
The RGS Board invites current RGS members interested in volunteering and planning programs and initiatives for the upcoming membership year to join us on Monday, 3 June 2024 from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm to help plan our upcoming year. Attendees are invited to bring a dish to pass. Please register by Friday, 24 May 2024 at https://forms.gle/SDpnxkCnBLt8tQuDA. 

Goals for planning session...
  • Review of goals adopted in 2023-25 RGS Goals (What we have accomplished, What is still in progress, Need to start, New goals for now or future.)
  • Theme brainstorm for programming, Hear Ye Hear Ye, and website content.
  • Marketing RGS Idea generation
  • Outreach & Volunteer Opportunities and Plans for 2024-25 & Beyond
  • Budget Discussion & Adoption 2024-25
