Event Description

ANCOR Live is a new, ongoing series of virtual sessions designed to improve your ability to find, analyze, and leverage data in business operations, advocacy efforts, and more. It is presented in partnership with the State of the States in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at the University of Kansas.

You know that data is key to making solid decisions. But what data can you tap into? How do you know what’s credible? And how do you make sense of it all amid the barrage of information we encounter each and every day? In this inaugural session of ANCOR Live, presenters will use data from State of the States to support your deeper understanding of state and national trends related to I/DD service delivery. By using the data presented to delve into these trends, you’ll hone your data-driven decision-making skills while gleaning tips and tools to help you find and make sense of whatever data you encounter.

Presenters
  • Emily Shea Tanis, Ph.D., Principal Investigator, State of the States in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, University of Kansas
  • Gabrielle Sedor, Chief Operations Officer & Foundation Director, ANCOR
