Event Description
The Burning of the Bull is a remarkable and unique annual event brought to you by the Otero County Fair Association that welcomes local community and surrounding areas to come out and enjoy a fun filled event of music, dancing, food, beer, wine, games, face painting, and the Burning of the Bull! The Bull is created by area artists and local volunteers. Anyone dealing with sorrows and regrets is encouraged to write them down to be placed in the Bull on the night of the event. In a grand pyrotechnic display, we will burn the B.S. of the year!
