Salisbury Country Club
Salisbury's 27-hole course marks itself as one of Virginia's finest. Originally designed in 1968 as an 18 hole course by renowned architect Edward Ault, the course was updated to include practice facilities and final 9 in 2002 by nationally recognized architect Lester George.
Format for the tournament is two-man Captain’s Choice (i.e., Scramble). USGA Rules govern play, as modified by Local Rules.
Three Divisions
Three Divisions
Teams will compete in one of three divisions: Member-Member (two VGCSA members of any class), Member-Pro (one VGCSA member and one MAPGA member), Member-Guest / Open (one VGCSA member plus a non-member guest or teams of two non-members).
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to winners in all divisions. Prize distribution will vary according to the number of entries in each division. Other prizes will be awarded for the putting contest, closest-to-the-pin, and long drive.
