"Imposter syndrome" can sometimes seem like a buzz phrase, thrown around easily and dismissed entirely. But a significant number of people will experience it at some point in their careers, with women and underrepresented identities experiencing it at the highest rates. What exactly is imposter syndrome, how does it manifest, and how can you break the cycle? What role can we play as a leader (formal or otherwise) to combat imposter syndrome? Let's have a real conversation about imposter syndrome and how it plays a part in our careers as individuals and on a holistic level.
