The New Mexico Museum of Space History is proud to announce its upcoming 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, scheduled for Saturday, September 14, 2024. This event pays tribute to the 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, 8 emergency medical technicians, and numerous other first responders, including heroic K9 units, who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.
Participants will climb the equivalent of 110 stories, symbolizing the heroic ascent made by first responders in the World Trade Center towers. This poignant event not only honors the fallen but also raises funds to support programs assisting the families of those who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
