DBIA Young Professionals will host a panelist discussion and shop tour at Murphy Mechanical’s Thornton facility.
Shop Tour: The Murphy Company is a premier national contractor designing, constructing and maintaining mechanical systems for the commercial, industrial and institutional markets with unique capabilities to manage complex and demanding projects. Because of their expertise in many high-tech industries, they have developed a state of the art prefabrication shop. Their 86,000 SF fabrication facility increases project productivity, produces cost savings, scheduling advantages, and greater utilization of high-tech equipment and material inventory.
Panelist Discussion: Various Design-Build experienced professionals will be on the panel to provide their input on what they look for when teaming with a Design-Build Team. The panel will include the Beck Group, Murphy Company, Hensel Phelps, an MEP engineering firm, and an architectural firm.
