As the number of states using managed and/or integrated care structures for people with I/DD is slowly growing, it is important within MLTSS design to have significant and ongoing engagement with key stakeholders and providers. At CareSource, we are pulling together a strategically organized coalition of complex health industry leaders laser-focused on innovations and support that transform the provider experience to improve the health equity and outcomes of complex health populations through The Community of Innovation™ (COI™).

Join us to learn how The CareSource Community of Innovation™ (COI™) has cultivated a space for:

• I/DD stakeholders and providers to amplify their voice within managed and/or integrated care structures.
• CareSource to better understand the unique challenges and barriers faced by our complex health care providers.
• All stakeholders and providers serving I/DD individuals and families to work TOGETHER to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• I/DD providers and stakeholders to strengthen and/or develop unique partnerships to build on existing solutions and pool resources.
• The voices of individuals with lived experience and caregivers to be amplified.
• Providers and stakeholders serving a variety of complex health populations to learn from each other, elevating the awareness and competency of complex health populations across the system of care.
