Photography lessons in long exposure/low light conditions/night sky!
Have you wanted to take your photo skills to the next level? This is your opportunity!
This very informative, hands-on instruction will be held at the 1937 historic courthouse and jail in downtown Las Cruces.
This location is perfect for shooting dark/light contrasts inside the large and imposing complex! You will also have access to the roof to get some fantastic shots of downtown Las Cruces and the surrounding mountains!
Complementary wine, snacks, cold bottled water, hot coffee/teas will be served as well.
A professional photographer (Taylor Axtell), will guide you through the steps, settings and tricks of the camera, to help you learn:
Equipment to bring with you:
+A Tripod
+An adjustable light, colored ok)
+Camera and lenses
+Cell phone is ok but won't be able to teach much in the way of settings on your phone.
+Suggest a shutter release, (not absolutely necessary), but this allows you to get the most stable image by not having to touch your camera while taking a long exposure shot.
