Training

This 1 day class is designed for anybody who has none, or limited experience testifying.  This includes officers, crime scene technicians, laboratory personnel, evidence technicians, code enforcement officers, and anybody who may have to testify in a legal proceeding but faces anxiety doing so. The class explains the court process, the people with whom the student may interact while testifying, and proper etiquette as a witness.  While there is some presentation by the instructors, much of the class are exercises that help build the students confidence.  The class culminates with each student testifying for a short time in front of the class to date they were given earlier in the day.  This class has been su successful that, at the suggestion of several students, we are working on part 2 of this class which will be forth coming.
