This Hot Flow vinyasa-inspired class is designed to invoke your spirit, elevate your consciousness, and improve your self-confidence while healing both body and soul.
All levels are welcome, with personalized variations to enhance your practice.

Yoga mats and towels are provided, please bring water.
Pre-registration is required. Guests will need to download the YogaJoint app, create an account, and sign a waiver before class.
