ORA is Proud to Partner with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services
to bring you the 2025 Oregon Forward Showcase

The Oregon Forward Showcase is returning to the Keizer Civic Center on April 2 for a full day of procurement training and to celebrate all the things that make Oregon Forward great!

If you've never been to an Oregon Forward Showcase, you should know that this is the biggest event of the year for the Oregon Forward Program — and your best opportunity to meet new customers or reconnect with existing ones. The Oregon Resource Association (ORA) jointly sponsors this event with DAS Procurement Services, which provides a full day of training and continuing education to the public procurement community. Meanwhile, ORA hosts a concurrent exhibition hall open to all Oregon Forward contractors. The day will include training for buyers (including sessions specific to the Oregon Forward Program) and a lunchtime celebration of individuals with disabilities who work on Oregon Forward contracts.


COST
We're keeping the cost of an exhibit table to just $85 this year and will retain a $15 food fee for each additional attendee.

To get the most out of this event, we recommend that your attendees include those who regularly interact with your customers, e.g. sales or customer service reps, department managers, etc. During registration, there will be opportunities to list each attendee separately and their contact information. Please note that this could include a person working in the program, as there will also be limited speaking opportunities for employees with disabilities (see below).

SUCCESS STORIES
As mentioned above, during lunch we will be celebrating the employment journies of people with disabilities who work in the program. Please let Corey Jeppesen (cjeppesen@oregonresource.org) know ASAP if you employ someone who would be a good speaker at the event. Each speaker will receive a $100 stipend for their time and travel. 


DOOR PRIZES/SPEAKER GIFTS
Door prize donations (max $50 value) are highly encouraged as they have become an important draw for this event. For maximum impact, your door prizes should be branded with your company logo as well as your contact information. Winners will be drawn randomly at the end of the day. We'll also be gathering items for speaker gift bags -- these don't need to be valuable but ideally will be useful and/or tie back to your branding (e.g. cleaning cloths, pencils, first aid kits, etc.).
