This presentation will provide an overview of the definition of group supervision for counselors in addition to the main goals and main benefits of group supervision, group supervision theories and models, and roles and responsibilities of the supervisor and supervisees. I will also discuss the differences in the main goals and structure of group
supervision for Masters level counseling interns, pre-licensed counselors and fully licensed counselors. For my presentation, I will plan to utilize PowerPoint slides, group
supervision video examples, scripted case conceptualizations, and Q&A discussion time. My goal is to make this presentation interactive, educational,
creative and fun for all participants.

• Gain knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of group
supervision for counselors

supervision

• Gain knowledge of how group supervisions can be structured
