Event Description
The Florida Academy of Sciences (FAS) will hold its 88th Annual Meeting on March 21, 2025 at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL. The Florida Junior Academy will hold its Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the same location. The FAS meeting offers students and faculty the opportunity to present their research in a wide variety of disciplines from astronomy to anthropology to engineering to geosciences to science education. Students' posters and presentations are judged and awards are made in 13 different disciplinary clusters. Travel support is available for students. The Junior Academy offers middle- and high-school students a chance to present mentored research with awards that enable the students to attend AJAS the following year.
