Event Description
Thanks to your generous support, something powerful is now rolling through Atlanta.
Last year, Impact100 Atlanta awarded a transformational grant to Atlanta Victim Assistance (AVA) to launch their first-of-its-kind Community Care Unit (CCU)—a mobile healing space that provides immediate, onsite support for victims of crime. And now, it's here.
You're invited to join AVA and fellow Impact100 members for a special ribbon cutting and an evening of hope, healing, and community:
Location: Carver High School, 55 McDonough Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30315
Date: Friday, April 25
Schedule of Events:
- 5:00–5:45 pm - Light refreshments and tours of the new CCU (Please plan to arrive by 5:20 pm)
- 5:45 pm - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
- 6:00–7:30 pm -Performances of Hope Variety Show (featuring AVA staff, Carver High School students, and community members, this performance honors survivors of crime, remembers those lost to violence, and uplifts those still healing)
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Jill Henry at grants@impact100atlanta.org.
