Grab your clubs and get ready for a day of laughs, swings, and a little friendly rivalry. We’ll have great prizes, awesome people, and plenty of ways to support Utah’s amazing assisted living communities.
Teams and hole sponsorships are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Members: $600/foursome
Non-Members: $1000/foursome
Hole Sponsorships:
Members: $500/hole
Non-Members: $1000/hole
**In compliance with Section 6033(e) of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code), the Utah Assisted Living Association reasonably estimates that 100% of the donations for the golf tournament will be spent on lobbying and other expenditures subject to Section 162(e)(1) of the Code. Therefore, these portions of the dues are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes.
