Trudy Hylemon

With over 25 years of experience, Trudy has a solid foundation in human resources and organizational development.  At Cascade, she is a Senior HR Consultant and specializes in talent acquisition, employee relations and coaching.  She is also a trainer for the HR Academy where she teaches courses on talent acquisition and inclusive hiring practices.  Trudy is friendly, knowledgeable and committed to helping members navigate their employee challenges.

Trudy is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through iPEC. As a member of Cascade’s coaching team, she partners with executives and leaders in identifying and meeting their professional goals. Prior to joining Cascade, Trudy was an executive at an international company where she was responsible for the global human resources function and implementation of the company’s strategic plan and initiatives.

Trudy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and serves on OSU’s Management Advisory Council.  She is certified in Organizational Development, holds a Professional HR certification through HRCI and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.  After work, Trudy enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
