Presenter: Michael Faithe

Michael Faithe is a pharmacist and Director on the Payer, Value, and Outcomes team at
Jazz Pharmaceuticals. He has responsibility for providing clinical and health economic
information to regional, national, and long-term care accounts for the Jazz
Neuroscience and Oncology portfolio.
Prior to industry, Michael worked as an inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in
Neurosciences at the University of Colorado Hospital. He was involved in the clinical
care of patients with epilepsy, stroke, neurosurgery, and other neurological disorders.
Michael has been a guest lecturer and preceptor at the University of Colorado School of
Pharmacy.
