Judge Lynn is a trailblazer in the legal field, serving as the first woman to be appointed Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where she presided until her retirement earlier this year. Throughout her distinguished career, she has been recognized for her leadership, commitment to justice, and dedication to advancing women in law.
