Everything we want in life is powered by connection.
From her current work as a keynote speaker & deliverer of worthwhile workshops to former firefighter - from middle school art teacher to multi-unit retail hardware store exec, Ginger's an enthusiastic explorer of life.
In every endeavor and discipline, there're myriad lessons and learnings that she's taken advantage of to increase her knowledge and expand her mind.
In studying the remarkable power of Human Connection, she's been encouraged as well as downright flummoxed as to why our species is so oft divided, when what we all seek is to be deeply connected.
In research with numerous teams and audiences, and especially within long-term growth programming with client partners (exec's and their teams) she's affirmed that we are more desirous of feeling connected and a sense of belonging, way more than wanting to be isolated and disconnected. We're also way more alike than we are different (hello 99+% of identical DNA!). In her work and research online and on premises, she gleans and gathers insights unique to helping serve entities composed of good humans, doing meaningful work across the globe with people eager to be who they want to be, doing work they find significantly rewarding.
With more than 2 decades of business in her rearview mirror, and likely 20+ more ahead, Ginger is fired up to bring her vision to life: Connect The World. Doing so one person + another person at a time, with listening, curiosity, story telling, and good humor. She works with leaders and teams, audiences and organizations seeking to increase and improve their own cultures of connection, amp communication, and develop leadership across the enterprise. Working with lean crews of a few to robust billion dollar companies, Ginger is invited to share and support the vital power of human connection to build and boost lasting cultures of belonging.
You can read more thoroughly at her website gingerjohnson.com, receive select insights from the monthly newsletter, and getting your own copy of the Connectivity Canon. She invites you to personally invite her to connect on LinkedIn as well.
She loves her work, as well as her Fine Husband and two Kds, enjoying the fresh air and outdoor majesty of the Big Sky State, hosting dinner parties and reading a lot of books.
This is a virtual training series. A calendar invite and additional details will be sent via Google Calendar invite.
