Event Description
The CAAO Executive Board will be meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Sicily Coal Fired Pizza, located at 412 Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457.
Arrival time is 12:30 pm. A buffet lunch of Pizza and Salad will be served at 1:00 pm. The meeting will start at 1:30 pm.
Please respond no later than Thursday, September 3, 2026, as to whether or not you will be attending the meeting.
The meeting and lunch cost for non-executive board members is $40.00.
If you are a voting member and are unable to attend, please send your signed letter of proxy no later than 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
If you are a committee chair, please let the Secretary know if you will have a report.
