Attendees can expect a 1-hour educational session that provides an overview of Design-Build Best Practices and the key pillars of Lean Construction. Our speakers will cover how applying Lean principles in design-build projects will enhance your chances of success. Next, we will conduct an audience exercise to brainstorm how we can effectively apply the principles of each to one another. Last, we will close with a Plus/Delta exercise.
