Target Audience: School Nurses
Session will include:
• Physician review of diabetes case
• Nursing overview of school care
• Dietitian review of nutrition for students with diabetes
• Social work presentation about psychosocial aspects of diabetes care
* CME credits/contact hours will be awarded to those attending, participating and meeting the requirements of completion for this course.
