• Social isolation and loneliness
• Use of and access to technology
• Recommendations for accessible health communication

Hear from people directly impacted by these programs, as well as learn strategies and recommendations for future practice or advocacy. The program is most relevant for practitioners supporting individuals in underserved communities of Pennsylvania (e.g., including people with disabilities, people with mental health concerns, and people who are aging).
