The Pennsylvania Inclusive Health Equity Collaborative (IHEC) at Temple University invites you to a free virtual conference, “Promoting Health Equity for Underserved Populations in Pennsylvania,” on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET. This event will feature presentations on key topics such as social isolation and loneliness, access to and use of technology, and strategies for accessible health communication. Participants will hear directly from individuals impacted by these issues and gain insights into effective practices and advocacy efforts aimed at reducing health disparities among underserved communities, including people with disabilities, mental health concerns, and aging populations. The conference is particularly relevant for practitioners and advocates working within these communities. Accessibility accommodations, including live captions and ASL interpretation, will be provided. Certificates of attendance will be issued to all participants.
