This webinar will be an introduction to how Medicaid provides services and supports to both disabled adults and children, including those supports and services that make it possible to live in the community. We will also provide an overview of some of the top legal and health policy issues that will impact people with disabilities in the near future. This includes updates on Medicaid defense and how proposed Medicaid cuts could harm people with disabilities, administrative and regulatory changes that may impact access to care, and other topline issues of concern.
