During this session, we will discuss the concepts around Gallup StrengthsFinder© 34 talent themes and how they fit into the four domains of leadership strength. Prior to the OKWIL session, you will receive an email with a code and instructions to complete the assessment. OKWIL will keep 50% of the proceeds to support programming and the AHLA "Hotels on the Hill" Scholarship, and the other 50% will be awarded to the raffle winner. Tickets will also be sold onsite.
