The Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association's annual Lodging Summit is our most exciting event of the year, where lodging operators from around the state of Oklahoma and their key team members have the opportunity to network with colleagues and others important to the success of their operation. The key components of the event include the association's Annual Membership & Board of Directors meeting where our new Board of Directors is elected, Oklahoma's largest lodging Vendor Expo where operators meet with the top providers of products and services, and last but not least our prestigious Stars of the Industry Awards luncheon.  The Summit also features leadership of the American Hotel & Lodging Association as they highlight the state of the industry from a U.S. perspective.

OHLA Stars of the Industry Awards has a 20+ year history of honoring outstanding professionals in Oklahoma’s lodging industry. The awards are presented to individuals and properties that epitomize the service and spirit of our industry. If there is ever a year to recognize employees it is this year, as nominations are based on 2021 achievements. Employees have adapted to the ever-changing needs of their property, carrying multiple department responsibilities and all while working harder than ever to keep guests safe and provide a wonderful place to stay. Event Location and Hotel Accommodations
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Northwest Expressway is offering $119+taxes for an overnight stay with a King single/double on January the 12th based on availability. Call the hotel directly and provide the group name Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association for these rates. The cut-off for the rate is December 30, 2021.

Silent Auction

OHLA will be hosting a silent auction this at the annual Lodging Summit.

We encourage our members to help raise funds for this year's education programs in conjunction with our quarterly meetings. Providing our members with affordable and relevant training serves all our members and will provide cost savings to your operation. If you wish to donate an item or package to this annual fundraising effort, please complete the donation form attached and return to Roberta Helsley before January 4, 2022.

50/50 Raffle Tickets
Purchase raffle tickets for your chance to win the 50/50 cash raffle prize! You can purchase tickets online in the registration or onsite during the vendor expo. The winning ticket will be announced during the Stars of the Industry Awards luncheon. You must be present to receive the prize. 
1 ticket - $10

Health & Safety Precautions

Masks:
Due to the recent Omicron surge, OHLA requests that all attendees wear masks when not actively eating or drinking. As we put these safety precautions in place for our conference, we ask members' cooperation in keeping attendees safe. Additionally, if you are not feeling well, we ask that you refrain from attending this year's Summit, and instead join us at another upcoming event. 

Seating:
Where possible, the OHLA will distance seating without changing the celebratory environment of the event.
