The university is a small, private, residential university in the mountains of Arizona with approximately 3,500 students. Staff/faculty/student interaction is highly valued and is a central theme of our campus. It is located 100 miles north of Phoenix and 120 miles south of the Grand Canyon.

The position provides regulatory oversight for the day-to-day operations of the campus Financial Aid Office. The office administers over $30 million annually in federal, state, and institutional assistance to a student population of approximately 3,000. Provides direct support to a staff comprised of three counselors. Also, the position is responsible for providing counseling services to all students enrolled in the graduate program(s) at the Prescott Campus.

General Financial Aid Counseling/Processing of Federal Loans
Assisting in the Daily operation of the office
Running reports and managing payment processing
Scholarships - Internal/External and state Grant Programs
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three to five years of work related experience
