I hope you all had a wonderful long weekend and holiday filled with lots of rest and time with family. It was so wonderful to spend time with our Class of Fall 2022 MLI group a few weeks back in Long Beach. Shout-out to my puzzle match, Gecko! So great to meet you and I am so excited for you to continue your career as a FAA!

Greetings! We are coming off a successful season of fall training, as well as the first in-person meeting for the mentees in the Rebekah Hoppel Salcedo Leadership Development Program (RHSLDP) and the Jerry R. Sims Management and Leadership Institute (JRSMLI). Participants in RHSLDP met earlier in the week and then joined the MLI participants where they played an important role as small group leaders. MLI was full of presentations on topics from Empowerment Leadership, Goal Setting Tools, the Importance of Rest, Reinventing You (having a personal brand) and many more. 

2023-2024 Nomination Deadline is November 30th

WASFAA is seeking nominations to fill positions on the WASFAA the Executive Council. As an all-volunteer association, we rely on our members’ generously sharing their time, talent, and expertise with WASFAA. Please consider nominating yourself or a colleague for one of our elected positions!

It is not too late to nominate yourself or a colleague for the 2023-2024 WASFAA Executive Council.
