Margaritaville Beach Resort, South Padre Island, marked its official opening this past Monday, June 12, with welcoming remarks from staff, free salted-rimmed margaritas on ice, and live music by Dr. Zog. Cameron County Judge Eddie Treviño, and Mayor of South Padre Island, Patrick McNulty, attended the ribbon cutting thanking the resort for its effort to be a part of the community.
The hospitality investment platform powered by Highline Real Estate Partners (HREP) invested around $30 million to transform the Pearl Hotel South Padre into a Margaritaville resort that reflects the laidback lifestyle of escapism. |
