A recent survey from Island Matters' readers requested that IM provide more updates from local law enforcement.
Following readers' suggestions, IM contacted SPI Police Chief Claudine O'Carroll on Mon. Jul 3, to request an interview with a publication deadline of Jul 13.
In the email, IM included the comments from the survey of worried readers asking for information from crime to how much the City spends on extra law enforcement. Chief O'Carroll failed to respond to Island Matters.
